Welcome to my blog!
This blog initially started as a way for myself to collect some of my food related pictures, but over time I started sharing some recipes, because I just like to share recipes that I perfected to my taste.

| My biggest love is baking (obviously)! I love all things food related, but baking I see as a creative challenge. I will never pretend to be a professional baker though! I did have a professional training as a chef and currently I am following some evening classes for artisan chocolatier. Unfortunately I am working for a Belgian bank so this has not really anything to do with food, although this is more of a reason to give it a good bash in my free time! If I got any free time left after scraping off the dough off the wall,I like to read a lot. I also love, love absolutely love the mountains, skiing and boarding. We do hope to move over to France one day and live in the alps and start our own business there! |
